President Pearce appointed the following members to a 2d                       
Conference Committee considering CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                        
101(FIN) am An Act relating to disasters and to the disaster relief            
fund and HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 101(FIN)                          
to meet with the like committee from the House:

	Senator Torgerson                                                             
	Senator Adams                                                                 
                                                                               
The President also granted limited powers of free conference to the            
Senate conferees on the following specific points:                             
                                                                               
Page 1, line 13 and Subparagraph (B) of new                                   
section AS 26.23.020                                                           
                                                                               
The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
